Dr. Muppa has a particular interest in treating mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression in children and adolescents and is well-versed in the latest treatments and therapies. Dr. Muppa is known for his empathy and ability to connect with young patients. In order to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, he is exceptionally skilled at collaborating with families. Dr. Muppa promotes open dialogue and actively includes parents and other caregivers in the healing process.

Margaret (Meg) Rinaca is a Certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised in the Detroit, Michigan area, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and graduated magna cum laude. She went on to receive her Masters in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2011. Meg takes great pride in providing patients with the care they need to feel better about themselves as well as developing safe, trusting, and reliable relationships with her patients.

Tamika Stanton, LCSWA

With professional experience in crisis intervention, Tamika has worked with individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging moments, including those dealing with suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her background includes providing immediate support in high-pressure situations, developing safety plans, and empowering clients to regain control of their lives through strength-based and person-centered approaches.
Tamika creates a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and understood. Her therapeutic style integrates empathy, active listening, and practical coping strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She believes in meeting people where they are and helping them build the resilience and skills needed to thrive.

Jerrontay Jackson, Resident in Clinical Social Work

Jerrontay utilizes various therapeutic techniques based on the individual’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mode Deactivation Therapy (MDT), Solution-Focused therapy, Strengths-Based, Reality Orientation, and Family Therapy, while advocating for the overall well-being of the person and support for the family.

Hazel Flores, Resident in Clinical Social Work

Hazel specializes in working with individuals of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and more. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to her clients’ unique needs. She creates a calm, nonjudgmental space where each person can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make choices that align with the life they desire.
Hazel deeply believes in her clients’ capacity to change, heal, and grow. Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming, and she understands that beginning therapy is a monumental step. Her goal is to make that step feel safe and supportive.
As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, Hazel is committed to making mental health care accessible and inclusive.

Laura Dienes-Oehm, RDN

She has a passion for guiding clients through lifestyle changes by utilizing motivational interviewing techniques. Laura believes that each person must search for their internal motivation to change. Once discovered, then the change becomes much easier to accomplish. As the journey to change begins, Laura encourages clients to incorporate more whole foods into their diets in order heal their bodies and minds.
